JUWEYRIA Women Relief Participates in IOM SRF Training

JUWEYRIA Women Relief (JWR) is pleased to announce that our Executive Director, Hawo Muse, participated in the Single Registration Form (SRF) training organized by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) at Palms Hotel.
The training focused on the use of the KoBoToolbox-based Single Registration Form (SRF), a standardized digital data collection tool designed to support comprehensive Multi-Sector Needs Assessments (MSNA). The SRF enables humanitarian organizations to collect high-quality, standardized information across multiple sectors during a single household assessment, improving the efficiency, quality, and coordination of humanitarian response.
During the training, participants gained practical knowledge on the structure of the SRF, digital data collection techniques using KoBoToolbox, and best practices for conducting field assessments. The tool covers a wide range of humanitarian sectors, including food security, nutrition, health, protection, shelter, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), education, livelihoods, and other essential community needs.
As part of the training outcomes, JUWEYRIA Women Relief reaffirmed its commitment to implementing the SRF methodology and adhering to the technical requirements and standards established for the tool. The organization will utilize the SRF and the accompanying tools provided by IOM to conduct standardized, high-quality multisector needs assessments, ensuring reliable data collection that supports evidence-based humanitarian programming and effective assistance for vulnerable communities.
By participating in this important capacity-building initiative, JUWEYRIA Women Relief continues to strengthen its technical expertise in evidence-based humanitarian programming. The knowledge gained will enhance our ability to identify priority needs, improve coordination with humanitarian partners, and deliver timely, accountable, and effective support to crisis-affected communities.
